Making it happen

It was important for Connaught to get absolutely crystal clear on their long- & short-term goals. Plus, setting goals they could actually measure for all of the areas where business growth was vital. Once this was done, a REAL achievable strategy could be born!

We looked towards increasing the efficiency and motivation of the sales team through more structured team meetings, a clearer commission scheme and adjusting the Customer Relationship management (CRM) system to enable simpler tracking of enquiries and quotes.

Once the day to day running of the sales team was being managed with more stability and focus, we were then able to put in place a more robust and considered marketing plan that everyone was on board with.

The Results

Fast forward 12 months, the management team now have more clarity around their target market. Connaught have increased accountability across the sales and operational teams which means they are more engaged and empowered.  And the owners are feeling infinitely less pressured and managing their time much more productively.

Now able to plan (and implement!) short- and medium-term marketing campaigns, improving team morale and refreshing their brand messaging. All whilst innovating how they interact with their customers, existing and new.
