Making it happen

Helen started off by saying she wanted to increase her clients, hours, income, and team but with an already full and feeling-out-of-control business, it was important for Helen to clearly understand and articulate what she really wanted to achieve for her, the business and for a balanced and healthy family life.

Through a mind mapping exercise, Helen was able to see ‘relaxed’, ‘more down time’ and ‘less hours’ were the personal and professional goals she was truly striving to attain.

To support laying the right foundations for growth whilst reducing office time, we started with an exercise focused on establishing her areas of expertise within the business through; ‘Finding your Superpower’. This enabled Helen to see exactly where her valuable time was being spent and mis-spent. This resulted in putting corrective steps in place to delegate and process drive certain tasks.

The Results

Fast forward 12 months: Helen has got clear on her ideal clients and packaged up her services to align directly with those she loves to work with. She has grown her team from 1-3 with a clear process of how she transitions her ideal team members smoothly into the business. She has doubled her turnover working less hours and halfway through the coaching programme landed her dream client. Helen has also just taken her 1st real break – fully switched off away from the business.

Now able to plan (and implement!) short- and medium-term marketing campaigns, improving team morale and refreshing their brand messaging. All whilst innovating how they interact with their customers, existing and new.
