I worked for a huge company for ten years. For the first five I thought I was happy. I was earning great money. I had a company car and all the trimmings. I was well respected and good at my job. So, I was asked to take on more. More work, more projects, more teams.
For the next five years, I hated my job. I was stressed. I felt put upon. I was managing everything but felt like I was achieving nothing. After setting up a £20 million project in India, by myself, from start to finish, I suddenly felt empowered to go it alone. So, seeking clarity I went to see a life coach. Immediately I knew what I wanted to do; to help others leave a career they loathed and start a business they loved.
And so, in 2007, Meta4 was born.
I genuinely believe you can do anything you want to do and be whoever you want to be. So my mission is to make it happen for business owners who want to get out of overwhelm and into more control, clarity and financial consistency. And for those who are ready to scale up and step down from the day to day, it’s the next level.
Both for a business you love and a lifestyle you can love even more.
