Why did you want to run your own business? Another great question from my budding co-worker!!
Why do you do what you do? Is there a deeper reason? Here’s mine…
I wanted to be able charge my worth and receive the full worth, rather than the corporate slicing a bigger chunk than they were paying me, I wanted to help others fulfil their dreams, I wanted to help others NOT work weekends and be able to go on holiday when they want and take breaks when it suited them.
