Asked directly to me this week about my own business, the smallest change has to be putting in a clear customer journey from the ‘enquiry stage’.

As soon as someone enquires about coaching I reach out and ask a handful of questions – this enables me to find out more about their business challenges and goals AND helps them gain clarity too. It means we both start the conversation clearer on what some of the solutions are and how I can help them and how they can start to help themselves.
